Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated funds and Bonuses are liable to be forfeited, and all accounts may be closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify toto1 immediately at support at toto1.cam if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. toto1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
toto1 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process typically requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian national identity card, or passport); (b) proof of address issued within the last three months; and (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. toto1 reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
toto1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and maximum single-transaction limits are displayed within the toto1 Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by User account tier. toto1 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Users are typically processed within the following timeframes: Standard accounts — up to 24 hours; VIP Gold members — up to 2 hours; VIP Platinum members — near-instant processing, subject to routine fraud screening. toto1 will not be held liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own processing schedules.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. toto1 strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn. Funds derived from suspected fraudulent activity are subject to investigation and may be withheld pending resolution.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus offer, all Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins or free bets are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Users found to have engaged in Bonus abuse may have their accounts suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

toto1's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your toto1 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit toto1's liability for death or personal injury caused by toto1's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
toto1's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the toto1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on toto1, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at any time via toto1.cam/privacy-policy.
toto1 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed solely to operate the Services, fulfil regulatory obligations, and improve the User experience on toto1.
toto1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, and to withhold associated Funds pending investigation, if toto1 reasonably suspects or determines that:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, toto1 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagers placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Genuine account balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the User after investigation is complete, provided no fraud is established.

If direct negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent toto1 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including its intellectual property rights and the integrity of its gaming products.
